Why the media concentrating mostly on Sania Mirza's marriage?
Only those people an there problems shold be taken care of.Do we have to just forget about an average human being and there problems.
It is unfortunate that the media is giving too much importance to Sania’s marriage, as if it is a national issue fit for debate and discussion. The marriage should concern her family members only. Others have no business in it. Whether she marries a Pakistani or any person of any nationality, nobody should be bothered. She is a tennis player and we should be concerned about her game only.
Its really shame and bad on the part of media giving importance to the issue.Just because to improve there ratings.Besides, there are much more topics and news which should be covered and given lot of importance such as power shortages in andhra pradesh, importance to decrease the pollution, child education, awareness for the causes of diseases, issue's between people who are fighting unnecessarily in hyderabad etc.By choosing such topics, people should be made aware of the situation and how to fight for such cause.
She is an Indian and is playing from a long time and she is not a kid to tell what to do and not to do.Its her life and her decision.
"Sania, for her part, has avowed she will continue to cheer for India no matter what even when India is playing Pakistan; cheer Shoaib only when he is playing any other team but India and, moreover, her favourite cricketer continues to be not her future husband but Sachin Tendulkar!".
It is not as though international marriages of this kind have not taken place before. Bollywood actress Reena Roy did marry a Pakistani cricketer of her times without any such fuss. Sri Lankan cricketer Murlitharan Muthaiah is also married to an Indian doctor, Madhimalar. I remember at the time of their marriage Madhimalar said she would start cheering Lanka after her wedding. And the LTTE which had killed an Indian Prime Minister, Rajiv Gandhi, was still around and thriving at the time. But no one thought Madhimalar was being unpatriotic.
So we just have to believe in her and have leave her alone.
